●刀头�装方法
How

attach
inserts
①
请将�头刀体固定在刀柄上。请将刀柄装在机床上，或
装在刀具仪上后再更换刀头。
②
请使用风枪吹去铁屑等杂物。
1)
Fix
drill
holder
on
arbor.
For
insert
exchange,
fix
arbor
on
the
machine
or
set
on
toolpresetter.
2)
Remove
dust
using
air
blow.

detach
inserts

使用风枪将刀头上的铁屑等杂物除去。
②

Remove
dust
from
insert
using
air
blast.
2)
Set
the
wrench
properly

确认��卡合在刀头的��专用槽内。

Fit
the
wrench
to
insert
slot
for
wrench.
④
请将刀头轻轻的顺时针方向旋转。

Turn
lightly

a
clockwise
direction.

请将刀头逆时针方向旋转。
4)
Turn
the
wrench
counter
clockwise
direction.

将���入。
5)
Set
the
wrench
properly.
⑥
确认��卡合在刀头的��专用槽内。
6)
Make
sure
the
wrench
fits
with
insert’s
slot
for
the
wrench.

锁扣打开后，用�指旋转刀头。

can

turned
by

recommended.

external
coolant

不推荐干式切削。

Dry
cutting
is
not
recommended.
请保证�工深度为３×Ｄ以下使用。
Cutting
depth
must
be
3xD
or
less.
